Working on a great project? We would love to share it!
Have a Modern Quilt project to share? We are always looking for content for our daily Instagram posts or Work in Progress Wednesday! Don’t be shy! We love seeing works done by all levels of quilters, new and seasoned! We take attribution seriously, all posts will give full credit to the owner of the photos and work. Plus, the caption from the instagram post is either completely included or summarized including all important details. To submit content:
1. Use the tag #canadianmqc on your post.
2. Send your pictures to @canadianmqc in a direct message on instagram.
3. To give permission to @canadianmqc to share modern quilting photos from your feed fill out the following form. No posts with people in them will be shared without contacting you first. Click the button below to fill out our form! Thank you!!!!
Love scrolling on Instagram? Become a Content Detective!
We all know that Instagram’s algorithm makes life interesting. It’s really hard to get a good cross section of what you are all making. So as you’re scrolling through your IG feed, if you see some awesome Canadian Modern Quilt content please give @canadianmqc a tag or send the post via personal message. As always, we will reach out to the owner of the content to get their permission to use it.

If Grant Writing is Your Superpower, We Could be Best Friends!
There are a few grants out there that may help fund events for the collective. Grants take a lot of work and I could use some help making sure we put our best foot forward. If you are interested in helping out with this at all please send a email to amanda@canadianmqc.ca

If I learned anything from The Great Canadian Shop Hop this year it would be that I need some help to run big events. As these events start to ramp up and I need some help I will put out calls for help. However, if you can’t wait for a call out and want to volunteer some time to help out now please reach out!
